Abstract

This service was carried out with the aim of explaining the advantages, strategies used, and how to utilize the sharia educational investment gallery at SMKN 5 Kepahiang. The method that the service uses is asset-based community development (ABCD), which is an approach based on assets, strengths, and potential that are in accordance with the goals of the service. The results of the service show that the advantage that the school has is that it has a very large number of students, namely 718, or 33 groups. The location of the school is very strategic on the Curup-Kepahiang highway, with a population of 22,824 people. With the gallery, it is hoped that it will have a positive impact on students, teachers, and the surrounding community so that they have investment literacy from an early age and avoid fraudulent investments for the wider community. The strategy that the service carried out was an initial exploration of establishing communication between GIS IAIN Curup, BEI KP Bengkulu, and SMKN 5 Kepahiang. Then the school submitted plans to establish a gallery, which BEI understood and agreed to by appointing GIS IAIN Curup as a companion. The three parties agreed on the selected stock exchange member, namely Phintraco Sekuritas, based on sharia accounts. The BEI prepared a cooperation document, which was then reviewed by the IAIN Curup, continued by SMKN 5 Kepahiang, and then sent to the Central BEI. After the central Indonesian Stock Exchange approved, GIS IAIN Curup held a capital market school seminar and explained how to use the sharia educational investment gallery.
