Abstract

The waste problem is an important issue in Kampung Laok Songai RT 02 RW 04, Jungcangcang Village, Pamekasan District. This community service program aims to utilize waste as an economic resource to improve family welfare. By partnering with the Lestari Community Self-Help Group (KSM) as a partner, this program focuses on implementing the waste savings concept, where the community is invited to collect and manage household waste that has economic value. The methods used in this program include education and training, technical assistance, and strengthening the institutional capacity of KSM Lestari. Education and training focus on introducing waste processing techniques, simple financial management, and marketing strategies for recycled products. The results of this program show a significant increase in waste management by the community. Waste that was previously considered waste is now transformed into an economic asset that can increase family income.
