Abstract

Public services are obligations given by the government to the community at various levels of government. However, it is still found that the services provided do not comply with the provisions or even public service standards, especially in villages and sub-districts. This also happened in several villages in Langgudu sub-district, Bima Regency. Therefore, it is necessary to have many parties who understand public services so that they can play a role in monitoring the running of the government regarding these public services. This is no exception for students such as the student group who are members of the Mataram Langgudu Student Forum (FORMAL). This activity method begins with problem identification, activity planning and activity implementation. The results of this activity showed that before the activity was carried out, many participants did not have a good understanding of public services and the community satisfaction survey. For this reason, material is provided and discussions are provided until the participants understand. So that after this activity is carried out, the participants will have a good understanding of the topics given related to public services so that they can become agents supervising public services in their respective regions.
